3. Pricing & Payment

• Website development starts at ₹999, depending on complexity and features.

• No advance payment is required. Full payment is due only after delivery of the completed website, as agreed.

• Payments must be made through the approved channels shared by our support team.

4. Delivery Timeline

We aim to deliver most websites within 2 hours of finalizing the project requirements. Complex projects may require additional time, which will be communicated in advance.

5. Revisions & Support

• Minor revisions are included with the initial delivery.

• Any additional or complex changes beyond the original scope may incur extra charges.

• Free support is available for 7 days after delivery unless otherwise agreed.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate content, images, and requirements. Delays in providing required information may affect the delivery timeline.

7. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of their website design and content. Mithu Tech retains the right to showcase work in portfolios or for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.

8. Refund Policy

Since payment is made after delivery, we do not offer refunds. However, we ensure satisfaction through previews and feedback before final payment.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mithu Tech shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from website use, downtime, third-party errors, or client misuse.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to cancel any service or project in case of non-cooperation, misuse, or violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in New Mumbai, Maharashtra.
