1. Digital Services – No Physical Returns

Since our offerings (e.g., websites, code, content) are fully digital and customized, they cannot be “returned” like physical products. Once a website is delivered and accessed by the client, it is considered consumed and non-returnable.

2. Review Before You Pay

To eliminate risk and build trust, Mithu Tech follows a “pay after delivery” model. You only pay once the website is fully developed and shown to you. This ensures you review the final result before any transaction occurs, removing the need for a return.

3. Change Requests and Revisions

If you’re not fully satisfied with the delivered website, we’re happy to make reasonable changes or minor revisions before payment, as part of our quality commitment.

• Major changes outside the original scope may involve additional charges.

• Revision windows close 7 days after delivery unless otherwise agreed.

4. Exceptional Situations

If you mistakenly order a service or duplicate an order before development begins, please notify us immediately. In such cases, we will cancel the request at no cost.
