  • The item was not delivered within 15 days (and tracking is unavailable)
  • Your return request is approved after proper inspection

  3. Once approved, we initiate a free reverse pickup
  4. After verifying the returned product, we issue your refund within 5–7 business days

💳 Refund Methods

  • Refunds are credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.)
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are sent via bank transfer (you’ll be asked to provide account details)

❌ Non-Refundable Cases (Refund Policy)

  • Product is damaged due to misuse, unauthorized installation, or negligence
  • Missing original packaging or accessories (Refund Policy)
