Refund Policy: At Mithu Tech, we aim to deliver quality products and services. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent refund process.
✅ When Am I Eligible for a Refund?
You can request a refund if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or non-functional product
- You received the wrong item or model
- The item was not delivered within 15 days (and tracking is unavailable)
- Your return request is approved after proper inspection

- You must request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

- Share your Order ID, product issue, and photos/videos if applicable
- Once approved, we initiate a free reverse pickup
- After verifying the returned product, we issue your refund within 5–7 business days
💳 Refund Methods
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.)
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are sent via bank transfer (you’ll be asked to provide account details)
❌ Non-Refundable Cases (Refund Policy)
- Product is damaged due to misuse, unauthorized installation, or negligence
- Missing original packaging or accessories (Refund Policy)
- Return request made after 7 days
