At Mithu Tech, we provide custom website development services delivered digitally. As such, traditional product “exchanges” are not applicable. However, we do offer flexible options to ensure you’re completely satisfied with what we deliver.
1. What Can Be Exchanged?
Since we create websites based on client input, we allow project exchanges only under the following conditions:
If you’ve mistakenly ordered one type of website (e.g., blog) but need another (e.g., business site), and the development hasn’t begun, we will update the scope at no cost.
If you’ve received the site but would like to switch the design (within the same project scope), we allow a one-time layout redesign within the free support window.
2. Exchange Window
You can request a change or exchange:
Within 48 hours of delivery
Provided the website has not yet been finalized, approved, or deployed on a live domain
After this period, changes may be treated as a paid revision or redesign request.
3. What’s Not Exchangeable
Completed projects where full content and structure were approved
Sites delivered and paid for
Feature upgrades beyond the original scope (considered add-ons or upgrades)
Projects developed under deep discount/special offers marked as “final delivery”
4. How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange or modification, contact us with:
