1. No Advance = No Risk
We do not collect any upfront payment before delivering your website. You are only invoiced after we complete and show you the final product. This policy eliminates the need for refunds in most situations, as no financial transaction occurs until delivery and approval.
2. Post-Delivery Payments
Once a website is delivered and payment has been made:
Refunds are not applicable, since the service has already been rendered and delivered as agreed.
If you identify any issues or needed corrections, we will work with you to resolve them promptly before or after payment, as part of our service commitment.
3. Non-Delivery Situations
If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver the service, you will not be charged. In such cases, there is no need for a refund because no payment is requested or accepted in advance.
4. Exceptional Cases
We may offer partial or full refunds in rare situations involving:
Duplicate payments
Technical errors during transaction
Mistaken service orders not yet delivered
